From straightforward fees and affordable Pet Health Plans, to our Fixed Fee Promise for many major surgical procedures, we’re committed to making our pricing as clear and transparent as possible.
As an independent veterinary hospital, our recommendations are based on what we believe is right for you and your pet. We’ll explain your options, answer your questions and discuss costs at the outset.

Consultation Fees
Whether your pet needs a routine check-up or you’ve noticed something that doesn’t seem quite right, our veterinary team are here to help.
Standard Veterinary Consultation — €62.00
Follow-up Consultation — €57.00
Dentistry
At East Coast Vets, we want routine dental care to be accessible, which is why we offer a low-cost scale and polish for pets who need straightforward preventative dental treatment.
Scale & Polish — €230.00
For pets with more advanced dental disease, treatment requirements will vary. We’ll assess your pet’s mouth, explain what we recommend and discuss the anticipated costs with you before treatment.
Pet Health Plan members also receive 10% off dental procedures.
Neutering
Our team will talk you through your pet’s procedure and what to expect before, during and after their surgery. All prices include a full pre-operative health check by Lisa our Vet, general anaesthesia and recovery monitoring by one of our dedicated RVN’s, pain relief both pre and post-operatively (to take home), an anti wound interference collar, and two post-operative check ups.
Dog Castration — from €250.00

Small dogs under 15kg — €22 per month

For many surgical procedures, we also offer fixed-fee pricing, giving you greater clarity about the expected cost of your pet’s treatment from the outset. Our fixed-fee surgical procedures are supported by our 6-month Surgical Complications Guarantee, providing additional reassurance should a complication arise following surgery.
